Where is she now?
Sike naw, I'm just lying. I ain't heard nothing about the CD except that it's gonna be spoken word aka poetry.
I wonder if she predicted that she had a future in the record industry.

karate babykid!
I liked the original so much I didn't even watch the other one with Hilary Sk
Now its being rumored that Sony will start production on yet another Karate Kid theme starring Jaden Smith. His big papa Will's production company is said to be running things this time around so no surprise on Jaden's role.
Ok I can't see this one happening. I love the Smiths and what they do for Hollywood...but at the very least...if Jaden MUST be the star...wait it out a few years! It'll be much better if he's like 16...but not 6. I not feeling the look on this one...but its bias because I really do love the original.
I don't believe it......
I usually don't post info from MediaTakeOut but this juice is too sweet. They are reporting that Supahead had relations with none other than Mr. Chris Breezy (Chris Brown) himself. Word?! That's unbelievable to me. I don't know if the rumors true but I wouldn't put it past the both of them.
Anyways, mediatakeout has the supposed excerpts from the book in which she was talking about it. Here it is. Also they are saying that Pap from her last book is Method Man. But I kinda already guessed that.

I'm Loving this Quote
T.I. is giving money tips over at TMZ and I'm loving it. As a people we need to prioritize our money. Buy things that appreciate, i.e. real estate over unneccessarily expensive cars. I love to see rappers with actual business plans outside the entertainment industry.

Bill O'Reilly needs to sit his a** down
And I couldn’t get over the fact that there was no difference between Sylvia’s restaurant and any other restaurant in New York City. I mean, it was exactly the same, even though it’s run by blacks, primarily black patronship....
There wasn’t one person in Sylvia’s who was screaming, “M-Fer, I want more iced tea.”

Alicia Looks Amazing
This is coming from an A. Keys fan who remembers when her Fallin' video first premiered on 106 & Park with AJ and Free. Well here she is at a recent 106 & Park appearance with those corny hosts. Alicia is a natural beauty and a natural talent. I can't hate on Ms. Keys. Looking forward to her new album.

Weezy F. Baby Bday!!
Here's Weezy at his Bday Party in Housten this past weekend. He looks good in a B.O alert kind of way, but whats with Deelishes new look? I guess she jumped on that short hair wagon too...
I hope they don't plan to make a track together. Weezy nooooooo...Don't do it....I know if an alien came to kill all the humans but first wanted to make one recording Weezy would do it....but this is a no talented whored herself on television and made out with FLAVAAA FLAV for petes sake plus she really think she is going to be more relevant then hoops in two years! I'd take a martian over that anyday.
Anywayz I hope he had a g0od 25th!

Can you tell I'm having a bad day...?
This picture shows me they really are in love...I guess. You ever just not like the way someone looks. Like their not ugly or anything but their face just bothers you. Thats what Tischa Campbell Martin does for me. Her face bothers the hellll out of me. Thats all this post is really about. Duane looks nice...is his show still checking on the CW...somebody go ahead and check for that.
~BabyD
I'mma go ahead and not post for the rest of the day lol
D-Rod and his Sexy Bod
Chris Brown
Here is Chris Brown's supposed album cover. I see he's going for that old school 80's feel, with the graffiti art and kangol hat. It's cool I guess. But I won't be buying his album. "Wall to Wall" was stupid and "Kiss Kiss" is not that great to me. Chris needs to come better than that.
I spotted this pick at That Grape Juice.

Breaking News - Beyonce's a Brunette
Jena 6 Update with Mos Def
I heard about this the other day. Mos Def mos definetly supports the Jena 6 cause and is asking for other black influential people to take a stronger stance on it.
His publicist issued this:
“asking African Americans of influence and concerned parties to join him in the fight against racial inequality and show solidarity for these young people, who are being treated very harshly by the law. The prosecution of these young men symbolizes a terrible miscarriage of justice, by punishing students opposing segregation in their schools and disregarding the threatening acts of others who advocate it.”
I heard he was on some show talking about how he doesn't want his kids to grow up as if they can't hurt a white boy's feelings without being severely punished. I respect his mind right about now.
You can sign the petition over at Justice for Jena 6

After declaring she didn't believe in evolution on The View Whoopi proceeded to ask her if she also thought the world was flat?
LOl Whoopi is golden...
Sherri said she didn't know if the world was flat or not and never really thought about it.
I say BULLDUNG...anything to prove a point?! yea I do the same thing but NOT when it makes me look like a damn idiot. I officially don't like her and don't want her on the show anymore. Wait...I don't even watch the show...w/e click here for the clip of dumbdumb!

It's Official, Kanye Wins
"It feels overwhelming," West told The Associated Press, as he walked to Def Jam's offices on Tuesday afternoon. "Everyone is coming up to me and telling me how proud they are of me."
I doubt 50 will make good on his threat to retire though. Anyways congrats to both of them.

I had hope for these two
*Sadness* According to a some Miami Sports Blog, Dwyane Wade and his wife Siovaughn are headed for divorce. I liked these two as a couple. They had been with each other through thick and thin before all the madness of Dwyane's superstardom. They were high school sweethearts who married in college. I had high hopes for these two. But the NBA lifestyle is not conducive to a marriage. Hopefully their children will be okay.

Countdown to B.E.T Awards Show 08!
I'm excited for the big performances because you know thats all I really care about. There should be big moments this year see'n as the VMA's raised the bar. Here's one of my more favorite moments from the 2005 B.E.T awards.....Check for Terrance Howard facials....
Oh yea and I'm going to need Norman Nixon Jr. to be present like he was last year. Most likely that means to start saving up for when AfroMuffs makes a post asking for bail money cuz Norman might not play how I do...and security mite not either

"Everbody better back the F*ck up"
So my boi did an interview with Bossip and it was basically him speaking on matters us nosy ass people...I mean detail seekers needed to hear.
Some g0od points...
On Smitty cent::
"Necole Bitchie: So, you don’t think you’ll ever put this to rest with 50 and make some good music together?Ja Rule: I don’t got no problems with 50! You know what I’m sayin’. I ain’t thinking about that dude. I don’t got no problems with him at all. But when people ask me about him, all I do is speak the truth baby. I never fabricated nothing about this man. He’s the n*gga that fabricated, and told all the stories, told all the lies. This n*gga is a liar. Everything about him is a lie down to his name. He took his name from another n*gga. Like who the f*ck does that? That’s like Chris Rock CB4 sh*t. Like who the f*ck takes a name from another n*gga? And now, you this n*gga? It’s insane, man. This n*gga’s Gusto from CB4. He done stole Gusto’s name and sh*t!Nothing that he says is real you understand? He said he got shot 9 times. He didn’t get shot 9 times. He says he got 400 million for f*ckin Vitamin water, he didn’t get 400 million. Everything he says is a f*ckin lie!"
LMFAO at the CB4 reference...
On Supahead introducing herself as Yasmine or Karrine:
"Necole Bitchie: She told you both?Ja Rule: I think she told me both names. Like one time she told me her name was Karrine and another time she told me her name was Yivette or some sh*t like that
Necole Bitchie: And you just rode with it? Like “alright, whatever”Ja Rule: Nah, I said, “Your name is Superhead from now on” [laughs]"
Treat em like u treat em...
On his wifey status:
"Necole Bitchie: She knows what’s up
Ja Rule: yea, she’s not having that sh*t. She’s like “whatever b*tch”
I hope Kim Porter reads this...
and on his album dropping:
"Necole Bitchie: And we’ll be glad to hear the new materialJa Rule: Oh, yea, the album is crazy. I can’t wait to bring it to the people. You know how we do. November 13th is my day. Everybody better back the f*ck up!"
Click here for the whole interview where he also talks about Irv confessing about Ashanti, staying the night in the same cell as weezy, and a whole bunch more.

Rally for O.j?!
Sunday, September 16, 2007
O.J arrested...
...not for the old murders everyone knows he did. Double Jeporady wins again...
Last week O.J and some others broke into a hotel room to "retrieve" items O.J claims was his own.
"Simpson was to be booked on two counts of robbery with a deadly weapon, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, conspiracy to commit burglary and burglary with a firearm, police said. The district attorney, meanwhile, said he expected Simpson to ultimately be charged with seven felonies and one gross misdemeanor."
Sounds really serious...I wonder what his plan to get out of this one is. His book "If I did it" was just released last week as well
developing...

Check here for the rest...
Marketing schemes...
"Early reports have Kanye West beating 50 in their much-hyped battle of album sales: West's "Graduation" is on pace to sell about 575,000 to 700,000 its first week out, while 50 Cent's "Curtis" is on track to do 550,000, according to Billboard magazine.
As of day one, Kanye had sold 437,000 copies to 50's 310,000, according to Nielsen Soundscan.
Both albums came out Tuesday, and a confident 50 Cent famously announced that he would retire if West outsold him in first-week sales. "
I didn't cop either one but I do plan on downloading both!!

Beyonce Building a Housing Project
I respect Beyonce and Kelly's hustle right now. They are currently making plans to build a new housing development in Houston, Texas to assist people who are having have been affected by "natural and personal disasters." The housing complex will be called The Knowles-Rowland Temenos Apartments. They founded their organization the Survivor Foundation after the Hurricane Katrina disaster. Their hearts really seem to be in a good place. I respect them a lot for this endeavor.

Diddy's Baby Momma #3 Speaks Out
Sarah's response to Kim's assertion that she didn't know her: "A lot of what you said is true about me and Kim. There's so much more to the story than that. She definitely knows who I am," said Sarah. "Yes, it's true, we've had words. [Kim] knew about my pregnancy prior to her getting pregnant. In fact, Kim and I met [Sean] at the same time."
Sarah stressed she wanted the opportunity to tell her side of the story in a national forum. "I don't have a voice," she said softly. "I don't have a forum to speak about my child. He has the forum. I'm not a superstar, he's the superstar. He's the person that should be out there acknowledging his child. I'm going on with my daily life and raising my child. We do what we do. We go to Sesame Street and the zoo," said Sarah.
Point being Diddy needs to claim his child publicly. It's all out in the open now Diddy.

Ghetto = Big Fat No
Kelly Rowland recently released her new video for her single "Ghetto" featuring Snoop. I think I'll pass on this song. Why she feels the need to re-release her album which peaked at #6 is beyond me. Nobody wanted it the first time and nobody is gonna want it a second time. I like Kelly as a person and everything but she is just not a solo artist.

Kanye West on VMA's
He supposedly lost it in an elevator behind scenes stating he would never go to another VMA show and how his single is number 1 yet Britt still gets to open the show (truuuu...)
I think he should be okay tho...he rocked the suites alll nitee and honestly that lookd more fun then anything. It was the only part of the show where I was like "damn I wish I was there."
All I'mma say is nobody got to be number one crying the whole way...be a man and shutup! Crybaby'n aint cute...anywayz you should be more concerened about tomorrow....
Actually I take that back...Kanye doesn't have anything to worry about...he will most likely be #1 and kill fifty when both their albums come out butt if you love Hip Hop I think you should buy both...like me :)

University of Maryland Hate Crime...
A noose was found hanging at the Nymburu Cultural Center. A center for all ethnicity's to host different functions. Black students relate the most to this building myself included.
I'm disgusted that acts such as these are still occurring around the nation. What shocks me even more was that it happened on my campus. I've always felt the most comfortable at Maryland but now I second every look I receive because I don't know who to trust or who is thinking what.
The campus police as well as the FBI are looking further into the matter. It could possibly be a Jena 6 copy or a stupid drunk dare from students who didn't think of the meaning of their actions.
I'll post comments taken from various students on the matter at another time.

MTV's VMA Performances
I liked the whole partied atmosphere and getting artists drunked up and still having to perform and act right!! I mean At first Brittany Blew me with her comeDOWN and then that Sarah Silverman chick wasn't not even Funny...what was her purpose again (aint she like 39 tho?!)...So I went in thinkn the hell with this show let me go back to my French homework.
Then this happened...
Chris Brown rocked the hell outt of his first VMA performance. He danced on Diddy's table. He.Danced.On.Diddy's.Table. Okay I know that later on so did everyone else...but he was the first and for some reason that was so amazing to me. I don't care how pressed I sound...get it C.breezy!!!
THen This Happened...
Alicia Keys did her thing...but I think she should've waited for the B.E.T awards to talk about FREEDOM. She still looked good and NO ONE is the song for the rest of the year.
I love performances like at this years shows...I don't go to concerts really so its the only way I can see these people live...well most of them. I wish I was there getting drunk with celebrities and going to the 32nd floor to catch up wit Diddy's followers.

Britney No!!!!
~AfroMuffs
Update # 2 -I just saw the replay of the performance. WTF. Everybody was just looking around confused. Poor Rihanna was in the front row. They caught 50 cent and Diddy looking real perplexed. Britney Spears could never sing, but at least she used to be on point with her dance moves. Now she just looks like another white girl who can't sing and dance. It's sad when you are past your prime at 25.

Ludacris on Smitty's new Track
Put the needle on the record
and the needle in your veins
If luda's on the record
it will never be the same
cause luda makes hits
and other rappers make claimes
i got the rates up but
aint a damn thang changed
Lets get one thang clear
souths right here
still got the Grammy
for the album of the year
12mils sold still flying on ????
over 30million dollars over
past three years
If I gets money money i got
the first in the hood with
a bentley drop tops
they take ghost tick
while the market goes tack
put the pedal down
as they say i'm on rocks
I get that cooperate
all twin property
only game i play
real like monopoly properly
And aint no need for politics
sorry is and sorry does
follow me
I bolded the lyrics where I think he's being most direct. Maybe he still mad at Oprah...or maybe T.I is actually getting to him which is probably the better guess. I love Luda more SO personally I don't think he has much to worry bout...I'll post the vid for the track later on...

Too Cute
Foxy + Jail = 1 Year
According to the Associated Press, Brown appeared in court today (September 7) in shackles and begged Jackson for a chance to be freed, promising to straighten out her life.
"I'm willing to do whatever I need to do to change," Brown said. "I realize that's not where I want to be. It's humbled me in ways I never imagined."
The judge denied her request and sentenced her to remain in jail for another year.
Foxy ended up in jail for violating her probation.
Probation Department lawyer Matilda Leo revealed that the aforementioned indictment charges Brown with second and third degree assault, attempted second degree assault and criminal possession of a weapon, the cell phone.
Leo also read out four violations the Probation Department filed against Brown which included leaving New York twice and changing her address from Brooklyn to Mahwah, New Jersey without notifying the court or the Probation Department.
Clinical psychologist Carol L. Friedland also tesfied that Brown stopped attending
So this means she is probably going to have her baby in jail.

Nas Responds to Bill O'Reilly Comments
Nas recently responded to Bill O'Reilly's negative criticism in an MTV news interview.
He doesn't understand the younger generation. He deals with the past," Nas continued. "The people he represents are Republican, older, a generation that has nothing to do with the reality of what's happening now with my generation. ... He's not really on my radar. People like him are supposed to be taught and people like me are supposed to let n---as like him know. I don't take him serious. His sh-- is all about getting ratings or whatever. I wouldn't honor anything Bill O'Reilly has to say. It just shows you what bloodsuckers do: They abuse something like the Virginia Tech [tragedy] for show ratings. You can't talk to a person like that."
The New York MC also opined that O'Reilly should be exploring the inspiration for music's depictions of violence instead of making blanket statements about the content itself.
"Let him ask why I made the songs I made," Nas said. "It didn't come from nowhere. It came from this country. I'm not talking about Russia in my music. I've never been to Russia. I'm not talking about Africa, Switzerland, China. I'm talking about me being American and growing up in a crazy world and helping to reflect all different sides of life. I got songs also about totally different things — 'Black Girl Lost,' you feel what I'm saying?"
Speak on it Nas. Bill O'Reilly always just talks out of his butt crack about a culture he knows absolutely nothing about.
