So as you all know, R.kelly doesn't plan on concentrating too hard on these damn pending court date. His Double Up Tour is all set up and ready to start Nov.14th hitting up to 40 cities. J.Holiday and Keysha Cole will be with him helping him get through the random road blockades when they put a search warrant out for his touring ass.
